VL3 Form - Licence Transfer
Only taxi and wheelchair accessible taxi licences can be transferred under current regulations. Hackney and limousine licences are non?transferable. The transfer of a licence can only be processed if the licence is still active. In order to complete the transfer of ownership securely the Commission require
the current licence holder to be contacted to confirm their identity and that they wish to transfer the licence to the new licence holder.
