Wolfrace Lightweight Alloy Wheels
Wolfrace Lightweight, Responding the huge increase in track day activity, the lightweight range includes our first track ready alloy wheel suitable for road and race, the Pro-Lite, available in various sizes and finishes. Approved by Advent Motorsport and currently fitted to several race cars. The new Ultra-Light lightweight wheel - in a choice of three colour finishes is the latest wheel to join the range.
Its official. Redline magazine love the lightweight Pro-Lite alloy, they recently requested a set for someproduct tests they were running on their Audi TT, heres what they said: 'The Pro-Lites weighed in at almost 5kg a corner lighter than the standard TT alloys (8.39kg versus 13.24kg), but most importantly the way the car drove was transformed, so much so we have left them on the TT for now at least!
Lap times (on a 1.5min lap) was around 4sec a lap faster, with the car feeling a whole lot lighter, similar to a lighter flywheel really if I could relate it to anything else. Acceleration in a straight line was also faster by a few tenths of a second.'
